We all know sugar is a problem. But giving up sugar is actually easier than you thought.

On Thursday 17th November, we will be supporting SUGAR BY HALF www.sugarbyhalf.com a movement to raise awareness and help reduce the global sugar consumption at our latest Wellness Project Event Sweet Addiction.. break the cycle. Sugar by Half, was set up last year by Professor Peter Brukner and public health expert Mei Ling Doery, as the name suggests – there's no need to quit sugar completely, just do your best to halve your intake.
